If you already love your body, then this is not the workshop for you!  This is for those of us who are feeling older, fatter, not so sexy anymore, and are really tired. Expressive arts can help us heal and reconnect with our bodies, and this workshop is designed to get you started on that journey.

If you are like me, you have a hard time taking time for yourself and your creativity.  You long for a different relationship with your body and your expressive spirit. You want to feel beautiful, and to be able to express that feeling artistically, but maybe you don't know where to begin.

Testimonials

"My art from this project is interesting and inspired, coming from an unconscious place within. It would be beneficial in helping with diet, healthy life style, self esteem, body issues, or just body awareness. I'd like to try it in yoga as a 10-15 minute savasana." J. Crary, Yoga Instructor, California

"I liked the meditation…I was surprised by this since I have some health problems and weight issues and generally have negative feelings about my body. I was looking at my body in different ways. More objectively, less judgmental…I was pleased with the art I did do. …I do think it will help with the body hate issues. I loved the workshop! I think others will love it too."  - S. Mortenson, Artist, New Jersey
